Sustainible city and new public spaces – Praha 6 dejvice-hradcanskà
From a “non-existing” territory, due to the presence of the railway and a multiple lane road, to a highly linked urban fabric.
The search was towards a fluid public space, linking the existing open spaces network, people, activities.

A high level of permeability trough the area is obtained, the former barriers to be crossed, are integrated into the site.
A new hierarchy is established between public and individual spaces, fast and slow, open and closed.
Articulated communal areas coexisting with intimate spaces, contribute to enhance the sustainability of the urban development.
